The location is great, very near MTR

Jordan and a lot of shops and restaurants. The rooftop view is stunning, perfect for relaxing with a drink, but the room cleanliness left something to be desired.

Fantastic location near Jordan MRT and friendly staff provide excellent support! ! Room was spacious and clean, with complimentary snacks that made the stay even better.

Some maintenance issues were noticeable. the towels seemed worn out and certain areas required a more thorough cleaning.

The staff were nice and helpful.

The room had a strange smell, and the shower head was frustratingly difficult to use. Additionally, the air conditioner was noisy and did not effectively cool down the room. I also found a small cockroach in the toilet, which was quite off-putting.

This place suits me perfectly, with reliable wi-fi, a fitness center, and a welcoming bar area. I appreciated the staff accommodating my late departure during my first stay. I always feel well cared for here.

The nearby eateries really stole the show, especially Tai Ping Koon Restaurant, serving up delicious roasted meat. And wow, the spacious rooms were a breath of fresh air! Plus, Fernando at the front desk was always there to help with a smile. He’s a gem!

However, we had a bit of a head-scratcher with the bathroom glass wall—that level of transparency is not ideal when you’ve got kids around. Also, the air conditioning could’ve been a touch stronger.

Had a great couple of days here while exploring the area. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the MTR station and nearby attractions. We stayed for 4 nights and had such a great time! The staff was super friendly and even brought our laundry to the room without us asking, nice touch! The room was clean and comfy with fresh towels. Plus, the location is perfect, loads of food spots nearby. The only bummer was the towels could’ve been better. Overall, a solid choice!
